New Sprinter install, user gets error when they sign on to ALM via Sprinter. Message pop up reads: You do not have permissions to add or modify resources in HP ALM. Assume this is a permission but unsure which I would need to set.

We are on ALM 12.20, recently upgraded. Sprinter was used in the past, and is cycling back so we need to upgrade the version on a few machines. Bit confused upon seeing all new versions of Sprinter as to which would be the best choice for me then.

I am trying to build a data injection file and it is successful on the entry of the password... sort of, but complains that the field label I used for the login id exists for more than one object. How can ...

Is it possible to grab screenshots saved during a Sprinter test run? Not to save to ALM but to grab for reference? We do some reporting based on run information and having those screen shots would come in handy for certain test reports. Would rather not save to ALM then try to pull from there unless...

To go with the Sprinter theme of the day, I have noticed you cannot generate reports from Sprinter test runs. You can for manual runs, but not for the Sprinter ones. Why is that and is there a workaround for that?
