On the PC controller , I found the results.html file and was going to parse it. However , I don't see it for some of the test runs. The whole folder is missing in the orchitmp folder on the controller for some run ID, at least could not find it

Hello. Within the last week or so, we have lost the history data for defects in ALM. When I view the history tab for defects logged prior to a certain date, I am not seeing any of that data. I upgrade from 12.52 to 12.53 and it seems some of the menu buttons in TruClient are missing. For instance there is no longer the Start/End Transaction buttons.
