We are experiencing random crashing of the ALM server. I would like to capture the heap information to a log file for viewing. Does anyone know how to set this up?

ALM is keep creating error logs and 9 GB dump files named - hs_err_pid12680.mdmp under C:\ProgramData\HP\ALM\server. Can we delete them?

We need to change our log location directory for our Quality Center server. Our IT department has changed up the permissions on the current location and need to know how to change it to a location that is not restricted for our users.

We often working with HP support to troubleshoot issues. We use ALM logging and sometimes forget to clean up the logs which leads to disk space issues. Is there a way to automatically clean up the logs in case we forget?
