Hello. I am currently using ALM 11.52 Patch 3 with Sprinter 11.52 No Patch, and wanted to know if there is an issue with attachments captured in Sprinter Test Cases not being available in ALM? When my users take screenshots (using Sprinter) they can't see the shots in ALM? What am I missing here?

Is there a maximum file name length for defect attachments? If not, is there a recommended max length? We've had issues being able to copy, rename or delete attachments with really long file names.

We use Snapshot option to take screenshots and attach in HP ALM(QC). But this option is not working when we try on a system that has Window 10 operating system. Is there a query or method (REST API) by which I can retrieve a list of attachments (and sizes) for an ALM project? Grouping by entity type (Defect, Requirement, etc.) might also prove useful.
