Hello, I have a user that is being set up on a new machine, needs 11.52 Patch 9 64 bit installed for compatibility. Can I install the 11.52 Patch 9 installer on the machine or do I need to install a full 64 bit version prior to installing Patch 9 on their system? thanks for the assistance with this ...

I'm trying to install Sprinter 11 on a workstation, but the install appears to be hanging on the "Registering modules" phase. Has anyone see this issue? I'm afraid to kill the installation, but it's been like this for 15 minutes. Thanks.
