In UFT12, while debugging a test sometimes UFT is not responding sometimes, unable to stop or proceed with the execution. Only way out is to kill UFT.exe process and reopen UFT. Similar behavior is seen in UFT 12.1 as well. This usually results in data loss.

We have upgraded our testing server from QC v11 to QCv11.52 SP1. The error message "Access denied" is being displayed when using the debug console link, http://MyServerName:MyPortNumber/qcbin/debug. Any ideas? Thanks, in advance.

UFT debugger is not working fine. UFT Tool is getting stuck when I am debugging(bothF11 and F5) and not able to stop the UFT Test after it is stuck. Manually i am opening task manager to close the UFT.

In UFT12, I'm getting crashes and errors when trying to debug my tests. Is there something I can do to make debugging a more stable experience?

Our ALM seemed to be sluggish the other day. We bounced ALM service on server and it seems corrected itself. We are trying to understand what caused slowness and our performance team was asking since ALM is Java process, an assumption is it could be related to lots of garbage collections occurring. ...
