We have over 90GB in our automated testing project domain. I know there are several year's worth of test results and screen shots that could be cleaned up. Do you have any best practices for cleanup and size management that you can point me to?

I tried running full and incremental sync in between JIRA and ALM project and it did not update the value while syncing DEFECTs. Full sync result is PASSED but doesnot update values where as Full sync's result is FAILED. This link is created BIdirectional. I created uni-directional from ALM to JIRA ...

I've been working with UFT 12.52 against some responsive/adaptive websites, and have noticed that in some cases, on some individual statements in the test, the playback is very, very slow. I want to create canned reports where the results are driven by parameters passed to the queries. We could do that with the old excel reports...but what about the "new" way?

Each time we enter text in the Requirements - Rich Text area, the first row always indents. Does anyone know what is causing this? We are in ALM 12.50.
