Client Certificate files .jks which are given by developers and used for soapui are not accepted by UFT, until converted to .pfx . Does anybody know how to change them?

Hello..It is not clear to me from the documentation how the MSI generator works for me...what I assume is I build the MSI file and run it on the client and it installs ALM. Our security team recently activated "Protected Mode" in our browsers. Now every time we try to access ALM we receive an error that protected mode must be disabled. Is there a workaround for this?

We just changed our ALM URL to Https and currently when i ran the Synchroniser Client with option "https" checked, it throws "Unable to connect to the remote server Check your server's availability" error. What is causing this?
