We just changed our ALM URL to Https and currently when i ran the Synchroniser Client with option "https" checked, it throws "Unable to connect to the remote server Check your server's availability" error. What is causing this?

Hello We are wanting to silently and unattended use the client components to the users computers as we have several security and group policies in effect that limit the the abilities and access of the users. What is the best and recommended way to install the client to their systems? HomerJ

Installed new QC Patch (P12). All users but one, have the new patch, old build number from prior patch is noted in Help/About. http://Server:Port/qcbin/About.htm shows Patch 12. Using IE 9 Any Ideas?

We are using QC 10 on XP machines, no need for admin rights for new or existing users, we just send them the QC URL, the 42 initial files load and they are on their way. On Windows 7 machines, we cannot start QC without full admin rights. HP support has been no help, they just repeat that the manual...
