We use Snapshot option to take screenshots and attach in HP ALM(QC). But this option is not working when we try on a system that has Window 10 operating system. Windows 10 client used to be able to connect to our AutoPass license server to obtain a license, but it no longer can. The AutoPass license service is verified as still running, and other machines can still connect.
