every user that has access to excel import addin is reporting they can no import spreadsheets. Doesn't matter if they are requirements or tests etc. Excel gets hung up on the mapping screen. I am getting errors that the step description is to long for an excel test script that I am trying to upload into HP ALM. Is there a way to increase the size limit from 255 to a greater value? Thank you

Hello. We are receiving an error message in our Automatic Runner in ALM when we use a batch file and run test scheduler to kick off our UFT tests. The error that displays is - "Host is locked by another test. Waiting...". Can you advise what is causing this issue to occur?
